Portable Coolers/Freezers and Commercial Kitchen Remodeling: Staying Cool
When it comes to large commercial kitchens, coolers or freezers one of the most important aspects of the business is keeping your products cold… bottom line. Whether your cooler or freezer is located inside a restaurant, hotel, hospital or culinary school…keeping cool is crucial. When these types of commercial kitchens are relocated or remodeled, there are obvious challenges that may arise when keeping products at the right temp.
The Solutions:
Temporary coolers and temporary freezers are one of the best ways to maintain your products at the proper temperature when relocating, remodeling or anytime the need for temporary refrigeration comes up. Our walk in coolers and walk in freezers are 20’ x 8’ and are portable. They are available for short term or long term rentals. Units are typically transported using tilt-bed trucks and can be delivered to your location and placed on the ground. They will fit into a standard parking space. Don’t worry, your products are safe… the temporary coolers and temporary freezers that we provide are NSF® approved for food storage.
Convenience –
Temporary walk-in freezers and walk-in coolers are extremely convenient due to their portability and ease of use. They require 220V single-phase power and a dedicated 30 amp circuit (most commercial locations have access to this power). All of our walk-ins are come standard with digital push button controls, a diamond tread plate floor an interior light and a plastic strip curtain. Temperature adjustments and access to your product is a snap. We use “all electric” cooling systems, which are an environmentally friendly alternative to the traditional diesel powered units. They are able to maintain constant temperatures between 0 and 40 deg F.
Durability –
Temporarily storing your product in a portable walk-in cooler or portable walk-in freezer should put your mind at rest. They are equipped with a heavy duty 4’ lockable door on one end with a security bar for additional protection. Built with and industrial gauge corten steel exterior and stainless steel interior, these portable walk in coolers and walk in freezers are made to last.
The Bottom Line:
Your commercial remodel or relocation doesn’t have to break the bank or ruin your frozen or refrigerated goods. By utilizing our temporary coolers or temporary freezers, you can rest assured that your product will be secure, kept at the proper temperature and maintain relatively low cost while doing so.
When you start the next remodel for your commercial kitchen or industrial cooler, plan on using temporary coolers or temporary freezers. They could save your business!
