40′ Cold Storage

Portable Refrigeration Storage offers two different options for 40’ cold storage units. Our 40’ cold storage units can be utilized on the ground or on wheels for dock level cold storage applications. They can be used for additional on-site cooler space or freezer space. The 40’ cold storage units are ideal for large quantities of palletized cold or frozen products or cargo.

40’ Refrigerated Container – The 40’ refrigerated container sits directly on the ground and is delivered on a tilt bed trailer. The refrigerated containers are equipped with double cargo doors on one end, an aluminum t-rail floor and a digital temperature display. The t-rail floor is capable of handling pallet jack and fork lift traffic. They can hold up to 18 standard pallets (single stacked, side by side). These cold storage units are electric and require either 230V or 460V 3-phase power. They come standard with a 50 ft power cord. They are capable of maintaining temperatures below 0˚F and up to 75˚F.

40’ Refrigerated Trailer – The 40’ refrigerated trailers are on wheels, making them perfect for dock level cold storage. The refrigerated trailers are also equipped with heavy duty double cargo doors on one end, durable t-rail flooring and a digital temperature read out. The dock level cold storage trailers make it easy for you to drive pallet jacks or forklifts directly into and out of the units. They can hold up to 18 standard pallets (single stacked, side by side). These cold storage units are electric and require either 230V or 460V 3-phase power. They come standard with a 50 ft power cord. They are capable of maintaining temperatures below 0˚F and up to 75˚F.
